System composition and functions:
The robot vision sorting nut workstation training system includes industrial robot technology, a variety of operating technologies, sensor detection technology, PLC programming technology, hand control technology, visual detection and other technologies. The system is built by combining a variety of practical training function modules, which are:
Industrial robot module: It is composed of industrial robot, base, end hand grasp tool, robot control system and teaching box.
Work part storage module: 4 4-level automatic storage modules for storing experiment boxes
Conveyor belt module: The conveyor belt module is constructed by aluminum alloy profiles, and the belt transmission is installed. The two sides of the belt are respectively fixed with sheet metal plates, and the structure is firm.
Conveyor belt technical parameters: Length: length 600mm* width 100mm* height 100mm
Maximum speed: > 3m/min
A variety of end tool modules: hand grip tool, custom sheet metal tool, can also replace the vacuum sucker tool three.
PLC main control module: mainly composed of PLC controller, control box, etc. Each function module is controlled by ZK3UPLC.
Vision detection module, this vision for color intelligent vision specific positioning, color resolution and other functions.
Electronic scale module: 1. The accuracy is 0.1g
2. Support modbus-RTU communication, can read the physical weight, balance status.
Sensor module: photoelectric sensor, calculate when the nut to the visual identification area, and control the belt start and stop.
Alarm light module: red, green and blue alarm light, through different colors to tell different states.
Digital tube counting module: Install a digital tube display counting module on the conveyor belt, you can know the total number of shipments on the conveyor belt, and through the display of the total number, a counter is installed in the size nut sorting mechanical arm to count the total number of size nuts respectively.
Man-machine interface module: Through the 7 inch industrial touch screen, all the data collected by the main control is displayed.
Other: including the system training platform, control button and connector box, nuts of different sizes, cable trough light gas path system.
Note: The default industrial robot for workstation application is ZKBOT-303ED, which can also be replaced with similar load products of ZEKEEP brand.
